Using biometrics at all, especially face unlock, is still a risk. What if you didn't activate lockdown mode before your device was confiscated?
Unfortunately not all Android devices have lockdown backed into the OS depends on the manufacturer
After setting up you'll see one ad that's it unless you open app up you won't gett any ads
It adds a quick settings tile in the pull down menu once installed you don't have to open the app up again so no need to open app up

actually using it now on one device that doesn't have lockdown built in
that app was available way before android added lockdown feature to the OS
