I’ve outlived both my parents who both died of cancer (at 57 & 64). Did you notice your age when it was the same age your mom passed? It’s a notable landmark, for sure. Puts things in a certain perspective.

Thank you. She was an exceptional intellect, curious, mischievous & caring. A pioneer in her field.
More importantly, she was my first reference & anchor for knowing I am lovable - at least on some level by one very special person. That helped me survive quite a difficult early journey that I am still healing as I become an elder myself.
Life is quite the ride!
