Well, there is an ongoing investigation now... sounds like it includes Cody Roberts, The Green River Bar and Wyoming Fish & Game - not many details ATM due to the process of the investigation but when I hear more I'll share more - this is a small victory that could set the tone for real change!

While it is legal to kill a wolf, it is absolutely not legal to torture him. Instead of rightfully arresting him, they slapped a $250 fine on him. So I was just checking for something and I'm hearing that there may in fact be an investigation for this incident and if so hopefully the end result includes more severe charges including felonies... but so far I have not found any tangible sources backing the claim, and I'm at work so I don't really have the time to look deeper into this but I will after work count on it
