About 6 years ago I had a hip replacement and the pain is not coming from there but it's spreading to just above the hip... I'm pretty sure everything's all inflamed

Man I woke up this morning feeling pretty good and then I sneezed and my back said here hold my coffee and laughed at me
Yeah it hurts a little bit... On the bright side of things I am taking Friday and Monday off so I see a doctor visit in my near future

I need to add two things to this first is I still have a perfect attendance record including this, let alone make it into work during the snow storm.. secondly the dude that continues to abuse his FMLA didn't Even bother coming in and he's already said there's nothing wrong with him he's just using his FMLA for extra time off but they can't do anything about it legally he is protected

So to the people that are defending the manager for doing this heinous act all I have to say is why don't you stand out in a blizzard and let me throw a bucket of hot water on you...

If they knew that beforehand why were the authorities not called? What I can't understand is on the video the homeless man is complying and not even on the property anymore yet the manager still chased him out into the street and proceeded to throw the hot water on him and then possibly assaulted him... from what it looks like on the video.
There is another report that it may not have been water it may have been chemicals but I don't believe that at all...

Turns out apparently they've had multiple problems with him which I can understand not wanting him on the property, I get it and have no problem with chasing him out when it comes to that. Plus, I can't confirm this but I was informed he may be a three-time sexual offender, which again if true I can understand not wanting him on the property, yet not understanding why he's even there to begin with...

So I found out some more information about this incident at Uncle Sam's Lanes in Troy New York, where the manager threw hot water on a homeless guy after kicking him off the property and the guy was actually complying with it but the manager decided to chase him out anyways and throw the bucket of water on him...

Really glad and kind of surprised I toughed it out and did not go home tonight. No my back does not feel very good right now but it doesn't feel as bad as it did at 4:00

If you have never thrown your back out or never had a back spasm keep it that way. You don't want either trust me they suck...
