It's actually missing everything following the Bill of Rights, so it is missing women's suffrage, prohibition and the repeal of prohibition, and the one he was probably really looking for a way to leave out, the 25th amendment (for removing a president unfit to serve due to health reasons).

Not JUST the Thirteenth. Women’s right to vote (19th), income tax (16th) — it’s a little bizarre.
If trump had ever read the Bible… I bet he would have done a major re-write before publication. He also would have had Jesus telling the apostles that the Real Savior would come to lead the righteous in the 21st Century.
