I am absolutely devastated The guy that keeps taking all the FMLA time off passed away last night or this morning and a second person that had a stroke a few weeks ago was back in the hospital not doing good..

I get the sense your management isn't going to straighten out the manpower shortage anytime soon, either.

@EileenKCarpenter well I mean this just happened today so it's going to be a while to replace him, And I don't know how to answer the rest of that because it's not quite that simple, hiring in is only part of it having time to train somebody to back me up (or other departments) is a whole another ball game We just don't have the time cuz we grew so quickly
@EileenKCarpenter That's the problem right there is that we have people specifically training for certain areas, yea we do have a handful of new people but we just don't have the time to train them to back us up so if a few of us call in or take a day off it screws up the whole shift
