What was Drippy Skull and why was it controlling Vadic?
My sister knows everything there is about Star Trek but every time I ask, something else happens in her life and she gets distracted.

@Shelter Drippy Skull had to have been the Borg, they were controlling the Changelings to be able to infiltrate Starfleet so they could steal Picard's body from Daestrum Institute while also taking control of all the starships for Frontier Day.
