@Beanc Sorry to hear that. If tou get them often, try Supradol, also called Ketorolac. An Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory. In U.S. you would need a script, Mexico it’s over the counter(Thnx to big pharma). I’ve had migraines and bad back pain where I couldn’t walk. One under the tongue and in 30 mins(no joke) it was gone, no side effects, but not supposed to mix with blood pressure meds.

Nice to see if the oil has been changed on a regular schedule (every 3-5k miles). Barring any other major work done (engine/trans) it should last another 200k... IF you keep the oil changed.
Chk for leaks, get under it with a flashlight. Minor leaks happen, you just don't want to see wide areas that look wet/oily or look to have had been cleaned recently.
