You'll provide yourself with more paths and opportunities in life by keeping doors open and maintaining bridges.
While it feels good to slam or burn either, cutting yourself off completely will only isolate you further from reaching your own goals.
You can oftentimes maintain a basic respect for anyone, so long as they don't cross the hard line of what's acceptable.
Breaking that connection due to anger or because it feels good will come back to haunt you, even if you don't realize it.
