@normsmusic I hope this reporting is inaccurate and this is just part of the normal process. Given the bombshell revelations coming out about Fox News in their Dominion lawsuit, I can only hope SCOTUS refuses to hear this case. If they do hear the case then I hope they set some kind of precedent in our favor.
This is dangerous either way.
