To the newbies: You know, when I came over here from Twitter, I was so fired up and stressed out with Politics. I didn't realise just how uptight and stressed I was until I sat here for a week, just reading. Oh man, the difference - like comparing chalk to cheese! All of a sudden, I felt calm. I felt there were real, sane people here. People you could actually talk to! I felt comfortable again, and at peace. Thank you @th3j35t3r for providing this haven! ❤️

CoSo feels like something that I wish was an actual place I could go and hang out with people to talk about life. I can't recall ever thinking that about any other social media platform I've been a part of.

So many thoughts about CoSo Today. First congrats to @th3j35t3r for building this sandbox to withstand the flood. For all the folks welcoming new people. For all the new people that "get it". No I am not an OG cosonaut, I arrived 8/2018. Yet I have noticed what makes this place unique. It is the people. Not the tech. We have over time built a culture here, it is pretty strong, yes some of this will change but the heart and soul of it will not.

I will add to these thoughts as the day goes by.

I can be myself and not get mobbed by a bunch of vapid sock puppet trolls whose sole purpose in life is to ruin everyone's day. #WhyILoveCoSo
