Here are a few trees outside my office window. Now, if only I could see the colors from my desk :D
It's Fall, and my 4 tons of wood pellets are shoved into my basement. I will clean the pellet stove this weekend; then I'll be playing the "How long can I last before I start heating the house for the season" game.

This mornings co-workers, mother deer and baby deer. Mom definitely knows I was nearby as I dropped the dogs leash off the screen door handle trying to get a picture without screen mesh in the way.
I might live next to a major road for the region, but we still have plenty of wildlife ❤️❤️❤️

I'm "ready" for winter....
Now I just need to lug 4 tons of wood pellets into my basement, I'd like to have my truck's parking spot back

Never met Joshua, but during the pandemic I tuned into Dr. Nirav Shah's daily briefings and Josh was one of the wonderful sign language interpreters that helped get all the important information out to the people of #Maine may he rest in peace

Except for the roadway noise (I live in rural valley in Maine with a state highway running straight through it on the other side of the house, that sees maybe 1-2 statues / sheriffs patrolling it a month so it's a giant drag strip in the warmer months, I still wouldn't trade it though)
