Voter rolls can be altered, in some cases w/o trace.

The party in power is happy to ignore these b/c know that it benefits them and delays the Am., ppl finding out how they have been funded.

@evistre @AirRation @BillyBones I get elevators that keep going up and up and up... and stairwells that end without getting to the next level. Passages that telescope down to nothing and cars that become bicycles and then feet. And I'm 3 hours from home and late for work.
