Day 8 of mother-in-law visit: the departure. This Very Good Dog has been so welcoming and well behaved, he was definitely Grandma’s “knight in shedding armor.” Like me, though, these charades take their toll mentally. Before bed last night, he went over to the package of “ThunderWunders” calming dog treats with a plaintive look, something he has never done before. He earned every bit of his happy sleepy medicine. #CoSoDogs #DogsOfCoso
@holon42 He hardly EVER needs this stuff… it’s mainly for his fur sister who developed a late-in-life fear of thunderstorms. Sometimes drugs ARE the answer. 😂
