Tried hard to soften Papa’s 65th bday sadness. Homemade cake, tri tip, asparagus. Face time birthday songs, blessings and tequila shots., I know we are so much more fortunate than many. My mommy would say “keep your chin up, your shoulder to the wheel, and find a way to be of service.” I’m tryin momma.
