@elmaxx So haRd to let go of those “Civil Liberties” but we need to protect each other and ourselves. Where are they going to keep these people at a safe physical distance?
@carmahaz local LEA and put under disposition of regional court houses, they can expect heavy fines and possibly jail time, i'm against cutting civil liberties but this is crucial to stop the damn virus, even a congressman from the west region was arrested and delivered to a judge

@carmahaz i hear ya, back in the late 70s, most of the 80s a curfew meant people disappearing, not the best of times here in guatemala, but hopefully we are better as people
