@altamaha Good Morning!
Most of my town schools start today as well. The traffic will be crazy. Some of the elementaries even have back to school night-tonight. I feel sorry for those teachers.
My school is “alternative” we started on July 17. In three weeks we have a week off.

My 4 year old granddaughter worked on art while her mommy (my daughter) was taking a shower. When she came out she asked her mom to take a picture and send to us. Then she said to her mom, “Mom, when I draw my grandma and papa we have the same color skin but for really we are different but have the same big hearts because we have a lot of love for cupcakes”. lol

@ChippySuave For me, there are too many relatives & loved ones that reconnected with us to leave it behind.

How is it that Toni Morrison is gone? God, Hasn’t there been enough tragedy this year? There was so much more to learn from her.

It’s 4:58 AM. Fed the dogs, vacuumed the bottom floor, scrubbed the kitchen...Woody is snoring, Edith is sleeping, Mac is destroying a water bottle and I will abide with you....for 15 minutes.
