I've played enough board games and gambled in casinos enough to know that people behave quite differently when money's on the line.

Change has to always be perceived as coming organically from within.

That's why those who are invested in the status quo try very hard to sell you on the idea that the demands for change are from outside invaders - or, if needs be, those that don't belong and need to be cast out (or worse).
