Our "books read" lists are extremely similar.
"Snow Crash" is one of my top 5 that I have read multiple times.
@mikeflstfi interesting. I read it for the first time recently and did not think highly of it. But, sometimes a book needs to be read a few times to fully appreciate it, so I'll hit it again later.
BTW - have not forgotten about the watch stuff, been distracted by a role change at work and end of Q4 madness.

Stephenson takes some getting used to. He can be super wordy and sometimes it's a love / hate thing.
Have you tried Peter F. Hamilton yet?

I'd suggest "Great North Road."
It's a standalone novel but uses a lot of the themes and ideas that he uses in his other novel series.
If you like him, try the Commonwealth Saga. It's a big series, but I thought it was fantastic.
@mikeflstfi I found this "Salvation" on the #Libby app as an #audiobook so started with it. So far so good!
