It’s coming up on my 5th anniversary here on CoSo. I’m in an even better place physically & mentally than when I posted 👆this in 2020.
I can actually see the progress throughout my timeline (which is sporadic with lot of the “meat” of my journey deleted but there).
Proof to myself that I did in fact make it through 100% of my days.
That I made it a little further over this mountain of horror that defined my life for so long.
