@FireMonkey @corlin same. Cast iron, stainless steel, enameled cast iron. Get.the.pan.hot.first.
Then no need for Teflon.
But Teflon is also in all kinds of lubricants (where it does nothing) and pfes get into paint and all sorts of stuff.
