Throwback gag to the first season of "What If...?" seems appropriate for an an election year.

Bewitched.
No, not the show. Just something about screams she's in a coven.
Random piece to test watercolor on the Niltech tone stock. Works pretty well. I'll need to press it obviously (you can see the cockles in the scan). I put down a lot of liquid and it held up for the most part. I left in the sketch book while working on.

"What If...?" Se 2, ep 6 introduced a new superhero. Kahhori (pronounced KAH-HORTI), a member of the Mohawk Nation in precolonial times. I like the character, and the branch of the MCU it opens up. I was inspired to draw the titular character and for a bit of spin I used the voice actor, Devery Jacobs, as the reference for the face.

Drawing of Sharon Ventura: Ms. Marvel.

Character suggested by Nicholas J Guyette.

Done on top of a figure / pose study.

marker, pencil, and hink on 9x12 Niltech paper

@AverageCitizen C is currently being turned into Sharon Ventura Ms. Marvel. The hips and thighs are definitely like Garnet though.

I still have post / figure studies that I can turn into characters, who should they be?

Majestrix Lilandra Neramani of the Shi'ar Empire.

A pose/figure study turned into a character as suggested by Mark Kessler.

Marker, pencil, and ink of 9x12 Niltech tone paper.

Did you like the "What If...?" episode introducing Kahhori? Then come hang out with me while I draw her.

If you didn't like it; well, there's lots of other stuff you can do so no need to come bother with me. :D

If you missed season two of "What If" than you missed Marvel taking a really big swing with the introduction of a Mowhawk super hero that is not based on any existing comic character.

@VictoriaLandis1 I saw the earlier progress pic and it was already looking good, but the now it's really coming to life.

Kabuki

Part of a David Mack themed drink & draw. David is well know for his beautiful watercolor work. This is my poor imitation with his character; Kabuki.

Kingpin

Part of a David Mack themed drink & draw. Based on a screenshot of Vincent D'Onofrio as the Kingpin from the "Echo" series trailer. I think of him turning slowly as the last thing you see after you 'ef around.

@feloneouscat While this is correct in theory, the GOP can still push it because they know the dems wouldn't abuse that. They count on dems playing ethically.

That said, it would mean SCOTUS surrendering their own power, which is think is the only think that would prevent them from granting anyone complete immunity.

@nonayadambidnes Hmmm... I've been wanting to do an Elektra pieces. I can probably me her fit this.

@nonayadambidnes Seems like D is the choice so far from across all the places I've posed the question. I like C as well... maybe I can use the pose for another character; any suggestions?

Tomorrow's Drink & Draw is David Mack themed. I'm planning to draw/paint Kabuki and roughed out a few poses. Which should I go with?

Romani Witch

There was a short lived version of Scarlet Witch called "Gypsy Witch"; a name which wouldn't fly today. The character had distinct Romani influences and I wanted to take a spin at that look and feel.

I have one more of the red blanks, for the next I probably need to use paints.
