Aronia berries aka choke berries. High in antioxidants. Tastes like a cross between a blueberry & a chokecherry without any sweetness or dry/tartness. Bought a bottle or Aronia berry wine.

I feel bad for laughing in his face and asking “you mean a hard disk??” To his credit he heard it from his 60-yr old uncle.

I know Floppy disk and a Hard disk… spouse is trying to tell me of such a thing as “stiffy disk” (or so his uncle called it).

Was cracking everything bagel with cream cheese yesterday so picked some up after my dentist appointment. Great idea. Yuuuum.

This wet tickle in my throat sucks. Otherwise I feel fine.

Easy dinner: 1 onion sliced/chopped/whatever, garlic, red pepper flake, 1lb of ground beef or Turkey or whatever, 1 large or up to 3 small zucchinis sliced and/or quartered, and a jar of your favorite marinara or a 28oz can of tomato purée.
I added some fresh spinach we had in the fridge.

Dentist appointment this morning. Curious to find out how much my new dental insurance pays of the visit. Thank goodness for HSA I guess.
