Vacation mode engaged! Done with work for 10 days!

Time for some Friday afternoon LinkedIn learning to pass the time and learn about excel.

Beef chuck marinating in the fridge for beef vindaloo later this evening. Making it today instead of tomorrow since it’s supposed to be quite spicy 🥵 and I don’t wanna travel day after super spicy food.

A rather cool 67° here today and overcast with some rain.

Had to find my toe spacer because my one big toe is being a jerk and snuggling too close to the little piggies.

One more day of work then I’m off until the 21st

Going to a Summer work event for employees & their immediate families at a local park. Free food & entertainment? Sure, count us in. I guarantee I won’t recognize anyone because I’ve only worked there 2-1/2 months and most people work remotely.

That… was somewhat helpful. By having to try to figure this out on my own and my boss being out on leave I’m meeting a lot of people while trying to figure this out so that’s great.

Having an easy morning because I know my afternoon is going to be a head-scratcher. I hope my call on 30 minutes can help me figure out htf to do this task.

I know I said Thursdays would be my in-office day but if I’m up and logged in at 7:15am as opposed to going to the office I can be done earlier.

My plan was to go into the office on Thursdays but honestly I don’t wanna drag all my stuff to the office. There’s no meetings to attend. So I’ll WFH instead.
