Good morning! Today my calendar is empty so I’m completing a 5-hour LinkedIn course on Data Science Fundamentals. Then maybe a short Excel course.

Upgraded our flights to First class 😎 I’ll let spouse know when we start packing.

Yay I bought new sandals. Current pair were very worn out & wouldn’t last for our vacation. Plus the ‘points’ on my credit card covered the cost 👍🏼

We’re “supposed to” have our cameras on during meetings/trainings. I’m trying not to laugh at some peoples’ expressions 🫢😊

I bought a bunch of lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, peppers & blue cheese for the week so I’m set for lunches. Need more protein though.

WFH makes it feel like the weekend just continues. I can see why people really like this & don’t want to give it up.

Spouse: “wait… that’s a week from now? I thought we had 2 more weeks.”

Grrr I swear the wind comes up 50% of the time I try to grill. Our apartment buildings create sort of a wind tunnel for northerly winds. We manage though.

Not sure if this “recipe” (it’s not a recipe, I’m going off what I gleaned form the internet) is going to work out but I’m not one to back down from a challenge.

Using up some of the last of our beef quarter. Making grilled beef pinwheels with garlic, shallots, blue cheese & spinach 🤞🏼 with grilled zucchini on the side.
