Dinner: beef bulgogi with rice, baby bokchoi & spring rolls. Found a different recipe than I usually use. Annoyed I couldn’t find gochujang at the stores but not surprised.
Using this recipe but subbing apple for pear & using flank steak instead of ribeye.
I’m going to try one more store for gochujang. Website says it’s in stock buuut I don’t trust it.

In all dinner is: Vegetable spring rolls in the oven almost done, beef bulgogi 🤤, white rice/riced cauliflower and sautéed baby bok Choi.
