Welp, it’s finally happening. I have to attend one of our neighborhood “driveway parties” after steadfastly avoiding them for the past few years. Mr. Carolina promised his golf buddy - who just had knee surgery two days ago - that we’d attend their party tonight. The party that his wife insisted on giving even though her husband is trying to rest and recover. My husband can’t drink alcohol due to his leukemia meds and I avoid it in solidarity. The rest of the attendees will be inebriated. Fun.
