Anybody who talks about "secession" should know that, in the United States of America, "secession" isn't a real thing. It wasn't in 1860-1861 and it isn't in 2024.
Secession implies some right to leave a union. Such a right might exist in other countries; it hasn't in the U.S. since the Articles of Confederation went into effect.
"Secession" in the U.S. is simply a cover name for insurrection and rebellion. It was defeated in 1865 and it'll be beaten again.

Killings by police are head-shaking, disturbing, and out of control:
1. Most killings by police start with traffic stops, mental health checks, disturbances, non-violent offenses, and where no crime was alleged.
2. 33% of people killed were running away, driving away, or otherwise trying to flee.
3. 98.1% of killings by police (2013-2022) have not resulted in officers being charged with a crime.
