Another finished #rug! I get #creative when I'm stressed which is good in a #selfcare way as it's a good way of channeling negative energy :)

Lovely flowers from my flower shop friend :)

I paid up front for regular deliveries and as her bunches last so long it means I've always got some beautiful blooms in the house at this time of year when it's getting grey outside... Paying for the regular delivery means that she can more easily schedule and buy the right amount of flowers and it helps her small business in hard economic times

Spoke to union rep yesterday and we now have an informal meeting set up with HR to discuss redundancy and pension options next week... That's reduced some of my anxiety and annoying internal monologue...

Anyway, some more #weaving to do after my 10am appointment with therapist/counsellor :)

Today is going to be all about #weaving in the sun and some #selfcare...

I'm not having the best of times atm. Some very badly managed organisational change (and possibly some bias... Conscious and unconscious...) means my job is being deleted and I was unsuccessful in the internal selection process for the higher graded job that is a partial replacement for my current role... So I'm now facing redundancy (layoff) after 18 years at the same place...

If anyone is hiring... Lol 😂☕

So I've photo'd the skull #Embroidery in better light - the all blue flowers one is #MachineEmbroidery done this week, the one with the red flower is the original I based it on - #HandEmbroidery I did in 2016 after I inherited all my mum's embroidery stuff after she died.
