Food Trucks are fascinating in so many ways, from the cuisine to their design to how they manage to operate with some margin of safety. They also make any area a potential dining experience, leading to endless surprises.

People will do with great enthusiasm the very crimes they claim others do.

Local Monuments - Local monuments, plaques, and dedications can tell you a lot about an area and the REAL people and events of that area. Get close to the gritty reality - and the silly superficiality - of a place by finding these treasures. Just be warned some may lead to very unpleasant lessons . . .
