What I sorta of don't understand is someone who comes into any forum, including this one here CoSo, and stands on a Soapbox and exercises their freedom of thought and speech to say
"I BELIEVE IN X"
and then gets angry when someone else exercises their freedom of thought and speech to say
"I DON'T BELIEVE IN X"
Now if it is just someone trolling or sealion-ing mute them, but getting angry with people who honestly disagree with you without listening to them...

I'm not an expert, but I am a white Cis-male Usonian... so that totally qualifies me to speak about anything and everything with complete confidence and authority!
I can only imagine how shitty most Source Control systems had to be for Linux / Apple developers prior to Torvolds releasing Git..
That's the only reason I can come up as to why so many people like / use Git.
I came from 20+ years using Team Foundation Server Source Control and GIT just sucks next to TFS.

For the record a 4.8 is a "real" earthquake, but one most CA residents would call "minor."
We might spend a couple minutes discussing it and then move on, since here the worst that's likely to happen is a picture frame going crooked or a single glass falling from a precarious spot and breaking.
It's a much bigger deal for folks who never or almost never experience them. Hope the NYC folks are all safe.
God, I really wish the Rapture was a real thing and that it would happen TODAY.
Things would be so much nicer if those people were just suddenly "gone"

if you offer an opinion on a public social media platform from a non-locked down account, is it reasonable to tell people "and I don't what to hear your opinion"?
I mean sure, you don't have to listen to anything you don't want to, that's the other side of the right of Free Speech.
But in this case, no one SAID you had to say anything, so why not just keep your mouth shut and avoid all the drama?
Or maybe drama is the goal...
