@WDEFAustenOnek something the guy in that article said about people not building in harm's way... We thought we were building out of harm's way. My point is that there is no such place anymore.
@Lindy @WDEFAustenOnek where isn’t in harms way now? All of the west coast is a fire risk, plus floods and extreme snow events. The Gulf is a danger always, tornado alley, Arctic clippers and bomb cyclones. Nowhere is out of harms way these days.
