"Medium plain old regular coffee, please. No extra stuff." Because they sometimes keep asking do you want this? Or this? Or . . .
@VictoriaLandis1 Back in the 60’s I worked on a construction site in northern New Jersey. The guys there would order a “coffee, regular”. It was almost half coffee, half milk.
