MD is a no ID state because the ID was used at time of registering. The Musk-described conduct could not happen. Name, age, and/or address would not match or would show already voted.
You know what increases the risk of Voter fraud? Forcing your state to stop participating in the multi-state registration rolls updates. You could vote in 2 or more states that don't compare their rolls to remove and verify when you move away. Still a crime, but possible to commit it.
