Tomorrow forecast to be 97 degrees (F). How early is too early to go out and trim my lawn edges with an electric trimmer? You know, to get it done before it's too hot. But without making neighbors into enemies.

@Vanitas Welcome Home! ❤️
My answer: as soon as I get up & do it; my neighbors better shut up unless they plan on doing it for me! As a matter of fact...I was plotting on taking hubby's battery powered lawnmower &/or his battery weed eater out in the early a.m. myself; our yard is bugging me & I've injured myself(more); if it's too dark out, I'll rig a flashlight to it. Of course, I'll also have to drag hubs out of bed first; he's the maker of my coffee🤣
Go as soon as there's an inkling of🌞

@Vanitas That’s miserable temperatures. You would be ok anytime after 8 am IMO. I don’t know your neighborhood or how close in proximity you are to them, but electric hedge trimmers aren’t that loud.

@Vanitas 8 AM by ordinance here. But, I would never bitch about someone avoiding heat stroke at this time of year, so I say 6 AM.

@Vanitas the house under construction across the street has chainsaws for 30 minutes now. Not a problem for us. Most babies won't be napping now, either.

@USAPatriot confession' at 6 am it was A) too early, and B) already too hot for my liking. Shaggy can wait a couple more days. 😅
