@Museek English isn't a language. It's half a dozen languages having a fistfight in a dumpster that is on fire.

"I was already packed up and had started to hike back to my car after sunset when the clouds over Mt. Whitney (highest point in the 48 contiguous United States - 14,505 ft or 4421 m) lit up. I scrambled to get back to the arch I had been photographing and got my equipment out to take this shot just before the light was gone for the day..."

My son asked me to explain the essence of that song, Cat’s in the Cradle.

I said, “NOT NOW!”

NEW -- Michael Lee Smith Project - Empty Whisky Glass Blues

Well, it's Friday so let's get our blues guitar on. If you're new, I play the blues. Pretty straightforward.

Enjoy with a beverage and warm body of your choosing.

I think I was full, drunk, took a nap, hung over and fully recovered by 6:30 everyday this week. What day is it now?

So Tuesday I called and they reprinted and UPS Red shipped the book for me to get it today before XMas. Of course, USPS found the package last night halfway to my house so delivered it this morning. Quality is excellent, customer service is phenomenal *end sales pitch* I am not affiliated in any way with this business, just a satisfied customer who doesn’t have an X account to shout into the void

My wife loves scrapbooking and crafting, but we’ve used Shutterfly and others for some of the bulk work. She’s gone so far to buy a bookbinding machine to make books up to 3” thick. This year she had me try photobookpress.com, and I am beyond pleased. Easy to use interface, allows a range of photo format uploads so I could just click and drag. They claim a 2-4 business day turnaround and this order ‘shipped’ last Saturday on day 4. USPS basically lost the package 1/x

Using your turn signal is not "giving information to the enemy".

My roommate and I both came out later in life, at around the same time. So, sometimes we have discussions about what it would've been like for us to have been taught about LGBTQ people when we were young, and how possibly different our lives could've been had we been affirmed and received support in our younger years. Unfortunately, the bigotry of the 90's prevented any of that, but at least we know who we are now, so all we can do is keep moving forward. :transpride:

As a basic rule of democracy: Don't vote for people to run your democracy who loudly do not believe in democracy.

Corollary: If you elect a businessman to run your country like a business, then you're going to get the business. And you're going to get it good and hard.
