2 weeks ago I took an overdose. I almost died had it not been for my amazing friends, the police & the hospital staff
The last 14 days have been a turning point in my life
Today I went for run and felt happiness. I’m confident that I’m finally able to rebuild

@Blue_Skyesr_here @VaKnow22 It is. That is very true. I've been getting ready for my therapy appointment coming up this Friday and just hit me that I found a place I can call home and I don't have any reason to feel so guarded anymore.
