Election Survival 101:
1) Don't hold your breath.
We might get results as early as election night or the next morning, but remember Biden's victory wasn't declared until 4 days later. There may be delays and recounts.
2) Don't let your emotions ride the news cycle.
We can expect lots of bluster and theatrics between now and the declaration of the winner.
3) Take care of yourself.
Eat, hydrate, sleep. Do positive things with family and friends. Indulge yourself in a treat!
Well, The Economist endorses Harris in a cold and calculated eleventh hour article. Here it is free to read on Internet Archives. I can't say I have anything good to say about it, but I am sure it will make its points to its demographic.
Weekday evenings are interesting in my neighborhood these days. There's a construction project going on a couple of miles way, on hilly terrain, which they are trying to level. So, blasting. They drill and plant charges all day long. Then, right before the quitting whistle blows....KABOOM. The windows rattle. Happened just now. It's been going on for weeks.
