I don't know what's next for him, and I don't particularly care. That's probably unfortunate timing on his part -- leaving before it lived into its potential, *and* making overly sunny comments about the platform that continues to flail on his way out.

The ruble is slowly collapsing, currently worth less than a penny ($0.0099). It's been on a downhill slide since August and only a combination of monetary policy and Soviet style fakery has kept it from imploding like an Ocean Gate submersible. The slide actually started in June 2022, a few months after Putin invaded Ukraine, but the central bank and some crafty sanctions dodging have managed to help it land softly, but this won't last forever. The wheels are falling off.
