Good morning, CoSo!
I got up to feed the crew, and the sky was too pretty to view from indoors. Standing in the backyard in my pjs, I watched a group of seagulls fly by and noticed this beautiful moon shining directly overhead.
My dad thought he saw the comet, so he called to ask if I could see it too.
There was too much light pollution, but my phone camera was picking up stars, so I took a picture.
I got the comet by accident! 🤣
Then I grabbed my binoculars and had a nice long look at Tsuchinshan-ATLAS. So freaking awesome!
We drove around the city, trying to find a good vantage point to see the comet.
Me: I see something green! Oh, wait….
🤣
Still haven’t seen it.
And with this noble and dignified photo of JJ yawning in my face, I bid you good night.
I meant to post these earlier, before my day went pear-shaped. The trail is pretty much at peak foliage, and my favorite tree finally revved up its color change.
It has been a Day, capital D, but at least I have cuddles. Here’s to tomorrow being better.
CoSo, I finished it this morning. I had just enough grey to border each square. I was sweating on the last one. 😆🎃❤️
