@Florence And most don't realize that he served 15 years in the states. Had about 4 more years to go and would have been out on early release anyway. He wasn’t here on a life sentence.

Hunter Biden had a tragic life. Losing his mom & sister, while experiencing a horrific car accident at a young age. Losing his brother & best friend to cancer. Struggling with addiction like so many. Finally in recovery.

A QUESTION OF FAITH OR TRADE?
The SCOTUS’s conservative majority seemed sympathetic to a Christian graphic artist who objects to designing wedding websites for gay couples, a dispute that’s the latest clash of religion & gay rights to land at the highest court. Her opponents say that if she wins, a range of businesses will be able to discriminate, refusing to serve Black customers, Jewish or Muslim people, interracial or interfaith couples or immigrants, among others.

Just a reminder that the DHS included US infrastructure in their terrorism bulletin released last week.

I don't get why someone who thinks the system is "rigged" would choose to run in a rigged system. I mean, unless they're up on multiple charges and think this is a last-ditch effort to evade consequences.

Todays Supreme Court case is all about legalizing discrimination. It is brought to the court b/c of a group of religious zealots, the “Alliance Defending Freedom” states on their website that they look for cases that “achieve a significant victory changing the law and culture of the nation for generations”.

They are not going to stop here, not until we a a full on Christofascist state. Unfortunately this Supreme Court is complicit in achieving that goal. #politics

This is insane. This hateful witch hypothetically doesn’t want to create websites for a potential same sex couple that may ask her to provide wedding planning services. She could just post below her logo that she’s a despicable idiot. That the Supreme Court would consider hearing this moronic argument amazes me. It’s past time that this “Christian” Court be expanded.

OMG!

Not only did I find out my Ukrainian pen pal, Serhii Moroz, is still safe and has returned for his most recent tour of duty in combat…but I find out he is doing so well that they have promoted him to Junior Sargent! Until the Russians crossed over into Ukraine, he had never been in the military nor ever considered joining. But he stepped up when his homeland was attacked. He still wears my Kevlar helmet and carries my bayonet for his AK-47.
