I don't wanna say that I suck at talking to people, but I just spent half an hour rehearsing what I was going to say to a customer service representative... and then opted not to call.
@danialexis I truly envy people who have zero reservations about saying what they want. (Also, I’ve had horrible experiences with the company in question, so I’m extra anxious.)
