@Mandypar think it might be a few things. I usually alternate between the 5mg and 6.5mg but the 5mgs aren't cutting it anymore and I prefer them. My other meds might be playing a part as well

@Mandypar I take Ambien at night but for whatever reason it just hasn't been working. I'm still trying through, sleep is so so important.
