@Maude Well, to be fair, the last time I got drunk on Tequila was like 25 years ago and that was a work supper / open bar and we were young and stupid. In my older age, i'm more of a wine drinker, but every now and then, I really really like a glass of Amaretto

Why is it that taxi drivers, whose job it is to drive people around, look like they've learnt to drive on a foreign planet with no roads?

@maybeimaleo Don't get me wrong, I love sky watching and staring endlessly at the stars, but double supermoon just sounds like you'd see 2 moons in the sky (wish that were possible) but it just means one at the beginning and one at the end of the month so I just don't get why that makes national news.

Double supermoon sounds so cool but it really isn't.

@Notokay @VelvetDuchess That's a whole other problem I have with the system. Feels like everyone should have to operate with the same maximum budget in the interest of putting everyone on the same level playing field.

@thedisasterautist Just because of that, my best buddy invested so much money, stocks is all he talked about for so long until he just stopped talking about them. I actually never asked him but i'm sure he lost a lot of money. I've invested peanuts so far, he's was throwing grands in there.

@thedisasterautist The whole Gamergate or whatever it was called there a few years ago is what got a lot of the people I know into it.

@thedisasterautist Everyone wants to get rich easy. It's incredible the number of people I know who started investing in stocks in recent years, and to be honest, i'm included in that although I'm very low on the totem pole of investments.

@barrett That reminds me of a commercial that used to play on a radio station here for a trucking company I think it was. They would blare a honk during the commercial that would make you think you were being honked at.

I technically have to correct myself because half my salary goes to taxes so i'm donating a lot more than I initially thought...
