@StevePLMarquis I think the top tip for finding "your tribe" so to speak is to keep posting about the stuff you're passionate about and when you do, use a relevant hashtag (#)CosoMusic for instance is what most folk use when posting songs/videos or just chatting about the subject.
Do that, and most likely your tribe will find you, instead of you having to search.

also you can try using the Simple Mode which is a lot like the interface of Mastodon / BlueSky / Twitter as you get used to this new land.
CoSo takes some getting used to and there's no rush. It's not about following so you don't even have to think about that here, it's just people, wonderful people in a unique & special community.
