Well, let's just say I wouldn't be surprised to find some police officers packing boxes of crayons in their lunchboxes.
Some of them are great people, some of them are not, and some of them are about as smart as a sack of rocks.
Some of those tragedies could be prevented by changing the armament they use for riot control. I'm a big fan of the ADS system as even at its very worst it can only cause surface burns.
