He succeeded in not getting muzzled in the documents case except for whatever is classified which is probably why he's still posting dumb stuff on Truth.
Yes, some of Smith's Grand Jury indictments were for 1/6.
@Evereigh apparently not as much as in GA. 🤷♂️ Plus that DA made it a campaign issue which is probably why Fox is talking about the indictments being "pre-determined".
I'd imagine Michigan's AG is also busy on her own with their state's election nonsense.
