I mentioned that I physically can't get showered tonight because I can't get my sweatshirt off.
16 asked if they should help.
I said Oh lord no, thank you. I'll get one tomorrow.
Be kind to your disabled friends.
Gotta say that being 51 and unable to lift a shirt over my head was not on my itinerary for my life.

My MIL called tonight and based on my voice was concerned.
I told her about GreatGrandmomInBed.
My grandfather's mom, who lived in our house (multi-generational houses FTW) who had RA.
And my cousins would get dressed up to visit GreatGrandmomInBed.
I noticed the first nodules under my skin in my 20s and ignored them.
I have a feeling RA is underdiagnosed.
