I spent the loveliest afternoon with writing friends. Often, I only get to see my writing friends at events, and we're both working (networking, selling, etc.) while we're there, so we don't get to just talk freely. Where do you get your social time with writers in your life? #CoSoWriters

Boy Howdy, but I'm tired today. I did a convention last weekend, and I'm doing my "connect week" at the day job this week (which mean going into the office and socializing face to face). How can this only be Wednesday? How do you keep yourself going when you have no choice but to keep people-ing when you're already at your limit?

We've been curious what our little guys are "made of" ever since we adopted them. Looks like Pumpkin is made of everything little and cute. But as suspected, he doesn't share the chihuahua part of that shows so clearly in his brother. #CoSoDogs

I took my youngest on a college visit yesterday. It was great! And the school is a really good fit for the youngest Bryant. But also, how the heck are they old enough to be looking at colleges, and what does that mean about how old we are? Yikes! #CoSoParents

I'm working on a photo album documenting our trip to Ireland from last summer, a long-delayed gift for my mother. I can *still* remember how terrified I felt, dipping backwards out of the tower at Blarney Castle to kiss the stone! #travel

I took myself to the movies last night. I’m a pretty good date. I even sprung for popcorn. It was a older film, It All Came True! 1940 with Humphrey Bogart and Ann Sheridan. Ran across this old picture of my Dad today and it makes me so happy. Clearly, he has *always* been up to something. Makes me think I need to get better about organizing and sharing all my photographs so that someday my kids can be charmed to realize that I used to be young, too.
