@wolfwoman I'm the weird freak on the internet that is going to suggest beginner ballet or pool ankle exercises.

I strongly recommend the beginner ballet it'll strengthen everything and will fix the ankle after about 6 weeks.

@TetsuKaba Well everyone needs exercise. My Grandmother 80+ stopped moving after Grandpa died. He did all the driving and took her to exercise 3 or 4 days a week when he died that stopped, she became a lump in a chair.
